1. Check-In & Check-Out Policy

Check-In Time: As per lodge policy (confirm at reception).

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
2. Booking & Payment Policy

Full or partial advance payment is required to confirm a booking.

Room tariffs are subject to change without prior notice.

All payments must be completed before or at the time of check-in.

The lodge reserves the right to modify room rates, offers, and policies at any time.
3. Cancellation & No Refund Policy

All bookings are strictly NON-CANCELABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.

No refunds will be provided for:

Booking cancellations

No-shows (guest does not arrive)

Early check-out
-
Change of travel plans

Once payment is made, it is final and cannot be reversed under any circumstances.
4. Guest Identification

Valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, Driving License, etc.) is mandatory for all guests at check-in.

The lodge reserves the right to deny accommodation if valid ID is not provided.
5. Guest Conduct & Responsibilities

Guests must maintain decent and respectful behavior towards other guests and lodge staff.

Any damage to lodge property will be charged to the guest.

Illegal activities, alcohol misuse, drugs, or unlawful conduct are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate eviction without refund.
6. Room Occupancy Policy

Only the number of guests mentioned at the time of booking are allowed to stay in the room.

Extra guests or visitors are not allowed in rooms without prior permission from management.

Additional charges may apply for extra occupancy.
7. Safety & Security

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.

LNR Deluxe Lodge is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal items.

Guests are advised to use safety lockers (if available) and take necessary precautions.
8. Amenities & Services

Amenities such as Wi-Fi, hot water, TV, and power backup are provided for guest convenience.

Service availability may vary due to maintenance, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

The lodge is not liable for any inconvenience caused by temporary service disruptions.
9. Right to Admission

LNR Deluxe Lodge reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking without prior notice in case of policy violations, safety concerns, or inappropriate behavior.

In such cases, no refund will be issued.
10. Force Majeure
The lodge shall not be held responsible for any service disruptions, cancellations, or losses caused by events beyond control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters

Government regulations

Power failures
-
Pandemics
-
Strikes or civil disturbances
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Karnataka State Courts only.
